I am stepping to another Year
Time that is a thing on which we don’t have control but that has a control on us. I say it is the God, who plays the dice as Max Plank told us (“God never play dice”: Einstein) . If anybody asks me what I have done in 2008, really I don’t have a satisfying answer. Even though, 2008 gave me a number of memorable things, that year I had joined for PhD under a very loving and supporting supervisor, I got cleared a Kerala government public service examination for a government job, I had appeared for a central government job interview. Probably, I can taste the fruit of 2008 in this year.

The first day of my 2009 also passed as all other days. I spent this day in lab while the college was on holiday. Many of my friends celebrated it, but I don’t think it is special, because, I feel each and every day and ever second is special to me and new to me, then why do I want to celebrate this particular day. I celebrate and enjoy every moment of my life.
People have many views about celebrating the Gregorian Calendar new year, the main reason is that it is the celebration started by Roman Christians. Vishu is the new year day for malayalees, first day of Chithira (now it is Thai Pongal) is the new year day for Tamilians, first day of Muharram is the new year day for Muslims, so, many people have different views on celebrating the new year day. My view is expressed before that, every moment is new and which tells me that I am one more step near to my grave.

There is no space for celebration because my innocent brothers are being killed in Guwahathi (Assam), Sri Lanka, Iraq and in Gaza on this day without any reason. How can I celebrate with liquor, spending money and time for a few second’s happiness while many of my brothers are running away for a shelter in Zimbabwe, Uganda, Darfur and in Kenya. I don’t know how the people can kill themselves for power and money, if it is for food, we can understand, but for money and power?....greedy people, they don’t know this will kill them also.

We can pray for a peaceful world or we can work together to make this world a heaven…Each of us think about this, then we don’t want to work for it, it will be.


Enjoy every moment of your life…life is very special ..very very special…there is no life without another living and non living things…you cannot live alone..life which is the collective behavior of non living things…learn to love and express your love…love and life that cannot stand alone..live together..as quarks do in quantum world..There is no single quark but self productive to live with another…so live and love…..
